About the Role
The Commercial Administrator will provide a wide range of administrative support across our B2B sales, purchasing, and logistics functions, helping to ensure the smooth and efficient running of daily business activities.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Supporting customer and supplier relationships
✔ Processing sales orders accurately and efficiently
✔ Managing and maintaining online trading platforms
✔ Assisting with procurement and purchasing activities
✔ Supporting stock management and inventory processes
✔ Coordinating distribution and logistics activities
✔ Maintaining accurate records and documentation
✔ Delivering excellent customer and supplier service standards
What We’re Looking For
✅ Strong organisational and administrative skills
✅ Excellent attention to detail
✅ Good communication and relationship-building abilities
✅ Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business systems
✅ Previous experience in administration, sales support, purchasing, logistics, or a similar commercial role is desirable
