What are your business hours?
We are open Monday – Friday, 8.45am – 5.30pm. We aim to respond to your email queries within 24hrs. This may vary during peak times.
Do I need to be a registered business?
Yes. You must be registered as a Sole trader or as a limited company for a minimum of two years. Along with your trading application, please send copies of the following:
Limited companies in the EU:
1. Copy of VAT Registration Documents (if applicable)
2. Copy of Company Registration Certificate
3. Letter of introduction on letter head signed by a Director
Sole traders:
1. Copy of VAT Registration Documents (if applicable)
2. Copy of a utility bill in the name of the sole proprietor or company name. This should also be the delivery address
3. Copy of Driving license or passport
Companies outside the EU:
1. All relevant company documentation
2. Copy of Driving license or passport
Do I need to be VAT registered?
No, this is not compulsory. If you are VAT registered you must provide a copy of your certificate with your trading application.
How long does it take to open a trading account?
Once we have received your trading application and company documents, it takes approximately 24-48hrs depending on peak demand and subject to extended due diligence checks.
